Confirmation Policy
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 48 hours of your booking inquiry.
A payment link will be sent with the confirmation email. Please make a 50% advance payment to secure your booking.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a booking confirmation email/SMS within 24 hours.
The remaining full payment for the booked package must be made 7 days before the scheduled start or check-in date.

Cost Adjustments
Please be aware that once the service is finalized, any changes in the costs of entrance fees for monuments or museums, as well as taxes imposed by state or central governments, will apply to your confirmed tour/service.
Itinerary Modifications
The itineraries provided are sample schedules designed to give you a general overview of the expected trip. Unforeseen events, such as adverse weather, road conditions, or health issues, may require adjustments to the itinerary either prior to or during the tour. We reserve the right to alter any schedule to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of all participants.
Hotel Rates and Conditions
The rates offered by Groovy Planet are based on the current B2B rates provided by our partner hotels, homestays, and transport providers. Hotels may change their rates without prior notice. All hotel bookings adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
Force Majeure
Groovy Planet shall not be held liable for any delays, changes to the program, or expenses incurred—either directly or indirectly—due to events beyond our control, known as force majeure.
Limitation of Responsibility
Groovy Planet is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to individuals or property in connection with accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting—directly or indirectly—from acts of God, hazards, fire, accidents, equipment failures, transport breakdowns, wars, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance and Personal Property
Groovy Planet does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illnesses, theft, or any other losses. We recommend that visitors arrange their own insurance. Clients are responsible for their baggage and personal belongings at all times.
Unforeseen Events
Groovy Planet will not be liable for any costs arising from unexpected situations such as landslides, road closures, inclement weather, etc.
