• We accept payments through bank transfers, online payment gateways, and cash where applicable.
• If a payment is not received within the stipulated time, your booking may be canceled.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the trip date will incur no cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made within 15-29 days of the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip are non-refundable.
• In case of any government restrictions or emergencies, we will evaluate refund options on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• Groovy Planet reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or political issues.
• Any changes will be communicated to the traveler at the earliest.

6. Liability

• Groovy Planet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any of the travel services provided.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Travelers are responsible for acquiring necessary travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or other unforeseen incidents.

7. Third-Party Services

• We collaborate with third-party service providers (transport, accommodation, guides) to enhance your travel experience. While we work with trusted partners, we are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services.

8. Travel Requirements

• Travelers must carry valid identification and any required permits or documentation for their selected trip.
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel arrangements, including visas and insurance, are in place prior to the trip.

Groovy Planet reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
